PurposePath, Inc. is a Los Angeles and Orange County corporation that helps adults with developmental disabilities and their families live with stability, dignity, and possibility.
We provide five connected services under one roof:
• PurposePath Community Supports - Coordinated Family Support for adults living at home with their families
• PurposePath Independent Living Services - skill-building for adults working toward independent living
• PurposePath Supported Living Services - ongoing support for adults in their own homes
• PurposePath Workforce Development - vocational assessment, job placement, and job coaching toward competitive employment
• PurposePath Transportation - Coming Soon
Most providers offer one or two of these. Families end up coordinating four or five different companies, each with its own intake process, billing cycle, and contact list. We built PurposePath so that one team knows you, one team coordinates with the Regional Center on your behalf, and one team is accountable when something needs to be made right.
We are a California stock corporation in good standing, with S-Corporation tax election. Our staff are background-checked, trained, and W-2 employees with workers compensation coverage. We carry one million dollars in general liability, professional liability, and abuse and molestation insurance.
We are vendored or pursuing vendorization with all seven Regional Centers serving Los Angeles County and Orange County, plus the California Department of Rehabilitation for supported employment services.
We answer the phone. We return calls within four business hours during weekdays. We document everything in writing. We walk alongside families for as long as they need us.
PurposePath works because community partners help us succeed. Our partners include:
• Regional Centers across Los Angeles County and Orange County
• The California Department of Rehabilitation
• Hospital case managers and discharge planners
• Skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility social workers
• Faith communities and cultural organizations across our service area
• Local employers committed to disability hiring
• Family advocacy groups including local Arc chapters and the Autism Society
• Independent Living Centers
• IHSS Public Authority social workers
• Adult Protective Services
If you work in any of these spaces and want to partner with us, contact us. We respond to outreach within five business days.
We do not pay for referrals. We do not accept payment for referrals. Our partnerships are built on shared commitment to the people we serve, not on transactional exchange.
When you bring your family member to PurposePath, here is what you can count on:
• Someone answers the phone or returns your call within four business hours during weekdays.
• We tell you the truth about what we can and cannot do for your loved one.
• We document every service in writing within 24 hours.
• Our staff are background-checked, trained, and W-2 employees.
• We carry one million dollars in liability and abuse and molestation coverage.

If we ever fall short of this promise, you can reach me directly. My contact information is on every service agreement we sign.
